The Department’s major interests are in:
Hydrology and Water Resource Assessment– Consultants in this Department undertake assignments within extractives, infrastructure, industrial sectors and more, to establish baseline information on Water Resources. We have expertise in the preparation of Integrated Water Resources Management Plan (IWRMP), Water Recycling and Recovery Technologies.
Hydrogeology and Rural Water Supply– Consultants in this Department have sited, supervised the drilling, design and construction, pumping test, water quality test, and platform construction for over 1200 boreholes across the country. We are also involved in the supervision of borehole pump installation, powered manually or by renewable energy (solar, wind). Other areas of expertise include assessment of existing boreholes and their rehabilitation.
